Precision cut sheet metal, from your file.

Precision cut sheet metal parts from your digital designs. One prototype or a production run — the cut is the first step from raw sheet to a finished part.

The cut

You send the flat shape. We cut it from sheet. Brackets, plates, panels, and profiles all start the same way: a file, a material, a thickness, and a quantity. If the part will be bent or welded afterwards, say so on the quote — that changes how the job is priced.

01

From your drawing. Send a DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF and we cut to that design.

02

The sheets we run. Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and 3CR12.

03

Then the next process. Cut blanks can go straight to bending, fabrication, or a finish.

Questions

What file should I send?

A DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF with a clean profile is the fastest way to a price. If you only have a photo of the part, send that and describe what it has to fit.

Which materials can you cut?

Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and 3CR12. Add the thickness to your quote if you know it.

Do you cut one-off parts?

Yes. A single prototype and a production run use the same quote form — just tell us how many you need.

Can the cut parts be bent or finished afterwards?

Yes. Cut blanks can go straight to bending, fabrication, finishing, or powder coating. Mention it on the quote, because it changes how the job is priced.

The other services

Cutting, bending, fabrication, finishing, and powder coating can be one order.
