A frame being welded
← All services 03 — Fabrication

Welded and assembled. A complete part.

Welding and assembly for complete fabricated components. When a job is more than a cut and a bend — frames, boxes, brackets that have to be joined — we put the pieces together.

The assembly

Fabrication is the welding and assembly that turns separate pieces into one component. An assembly drawing is the useful one: which parts join, and what the finished thing should look like. A model, a PDF, or a marked-up photo all work.

01

A joined component. Parts that need welding or assembly into one piece.

02

Built on the earlier steps. We can cut, bend, and then fabricate in the same order.

03

Then a finish. Assemblies can go on to metal finishing or powder coating.

Questions

What drawing is most useful for fabrication?

An assembly drawing of the finished component — which parts join and what the end result should look like. A model, a PDF, or a marked-up photo all work.

Can you make the parts as well as weld them?

Yes. We can cut, bend, and then fabricate in the same order. If you are supplying some of the pieces, tell us which ones.

Should I mark the weld joints?

Call out the joints if they matter to how the part fits or how it looks. Otherwise the assembly drawing is enough to start.

Can the assembly be finished or coated?

Yes. Add metal finishing or powder coating to the same quote if the assembly needs it.

The other services

Cutting, bending, fabrication, finishing, and powder coating can be one order.
